We’re looking for a motivated Head of SMM who will dive deep into our business and build an effective content-making team from scratch.
We want to see someone who thinks strategically, understands how different social media platforms work, can analyze results, and knows how to build a structured, consistent process.
Your main focus will be on two key areas — our professional dance footwear brand High Heels and beauty products for professionals (cosmetic materials).

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies for multiple brands (tone of voice, style, positioning, messaging).
- Build and manage an SMM team (content creators, targeting specialist, and later a TikTok marketer). If you already have your own team — that’s perfectly fine.
- Oversee content quality, plan photo/video shoots, and manage content calendars.
- Supervise communication in Direct messages handled by the sales team: monitor responses, tone of voice, speed, and adherence to scripts.
- Prepare and analyze reports on performance.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience managing SMM teams or projects.
- Understand social media sales techniques, storytelling structures, and sales funnels in Telegram and Threads.
- Can analyze performance metrics and evaluate content effectiveness.
- Know how to organize, delegate, and motivate a team.
- Follow trends but can adapt them to brand guidelines.
- Prefer creating over just executing tasks.
- Enjoy learning and/or teaching others.
